Refunds
A submitted application can’t be recalled, so submitted applications aren’t refundable. If we fail to deliver — you are charged and the runs don’t happen — email us and we refund the unused part of that month. Full terms.
Who processes payment
Razorpay, as a recurring subscription. We never see or store your card. Cancelling in your dashboard cancels at Razorpay too.
Deleting your account
Removes your profile, résumés and history. Backups age out within 30 days, and we never restore a deleted account from one.
