Terms of service

1. What this service does

You give us your profile and your résumé. We scan employers' career sites daily and show you the open roles that match. You choose which ones to apply to. For each one you pick, we fill in the application form and submit it — under your name and your email address — and it counts one application against your allowance.

We do not apply on your behalf to anything you have not chosen.

Where a form asks something our automation cannot answer from facts you gave us, we leave it for you rather than guess. Salary, visa and sponsorship status, citizenship, security clearances, criminal history and voluntary self-identification are refused in code and never answered by a language model.

2. What is yours to get right

• The truth of what you tell us. Your work history, your qualifications, your right to work. We submit what you give us; we cannot verify it.
• Reviewing what goes out. Your dashboard shows every application and every answer submitted. Check it, particularly in your first week.
• Your own accounts. Your Google account, and any employer account we create for you, remain yours to control.
• Only applying for yourself. Do not use this to apply on behalf of another person.

3. What we do not promise

Plainly, so there is no argument later:

• We do not promise you a job, an interview, a reply, or any particular number of applications.
• We do not promise every application succeeds. Employers change their forms constantly; some runs fail, and some applications are rejected by a careers site for reasons we never see.
• We do not promise an application is error-free. Automation gets things wrong. That is why every answer is visible to you.
• We do not control employers. How they treat your application, how long they keep it, and whether they reply is entirely theirs.
• We do not promise uninterrupted service. This runs on infrastructure that has outages.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use this service to:

• apply as somebody who is not you, or with a résumé that is not yours;
• make statements you know to be false to an employer;
• flood a single employer, or use the service to harass one;
• attempt to defeat an employer's anti-automation measures. We do not build those bypasses and will not add them on request — where a site's protections say no, the answer is no.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

The Chrome extension is free and stays free. The paid service is the server-side applying that runs without your machine being on.

You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future applications. Deleting your account (see the privacy policy) additionally removes your data.

The free 20 are granted per phone number, not per email address, and once only. Email addresses are free to create; the phone number is what stops one person claiming the free tier repeatedly, which matters here because every free application is a real application sent to a real employer.

An allowance is a count of applications, not of results. An application that is submitted counts, whether or not the employer replies. An application that fails before submission does not count.

Unused applications do not roll over to the next month.

Cancelling stops future applications at the end of the period you have paid for. Anything already submitted stays submitted — it is with the employer and cannot be recalled. Deleting your account (see the privacy policy) additionally removes your data.

Refunds and cancellation

An application that has been submitted is not refundable. It has gone to the employer under your name and cannot be recalled, so there is nothing left to return. This is the honest position rather than a restrictive one: the thing you paid for already happened.

You can cancel at any time, from your account page or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next month's charge. You keep the rest of the month you have already paid for, and the applications remaining in it — cancelling is not a switch-off.

If we fail to deliver, you are refunded. If you are charged and the service does not submit applications you asked for — an outage on our side, a fault in our system — email us and we will refund the unused part of that month. You should not pay for applications we did not send.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days once approved.

Price and tax

₹499 per month, inclusive of all applicable taxes. That is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout. If the price changes, it changes only for periods you have not already paid for, and you will be told before it does.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaches section 4, that we believe is being used to apply as somebody else, or that an employer credibly complains about. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for a job you did not get, an application that went out wrong, an employer's response, or a consequence of information you gave us that was inaccurate.

This service is operated by an individual, not a registered company, in India, and is offered in India only. Indian law governs these terms. You are dealing with one person, not an organisation with a support department, and you should read the rest of this page with that in mind.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you have actually paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects what we do with your data or what you are agreeing to, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can delete your account rather than accept it.
